We want you to love what you bring home. If you don’t, here’s how returns work.

30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Email support@everbasket.store with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll send instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five to seven business days.

If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or refund it in full.
